PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

BOA is our flagship youth mentorship program serving boys ages 8-18 throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our brotherhood model interrupts cycles of desertification before they take root.

What BOA Provides: • Weekly meetings with consistent mentors and peers • Educational support and impact circles • Community service opportunities • Character development through Dr. Wallace’s pillars (Love, Legacy, Self-Awareness, Youth Empowerment) • Merit badge system tracking growth and achievement • Annual Legacy Building Retreat experience

Program Expectations: • Consistent weekly attendance (Saturdays or designated meeting times) • Parent/guardian engagement and communication • Participation in community service projects • Completion of educational components • Respect for brotherhood values and peer accountability

Our retention rate is 85% because families commit to the full ecosystem restoration approach, not just periodic participation.
