PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

FOE is our father engagement program providing comprehensive support for men navigating the challenges of fatherhood in Love Desert conditions. This isn’t a workshop series - it’s a continuous brotherhood.

What FOE Provides: • Fatherhood Fridays - weekly gatherings for support, skill-building, and brotherhood • Trauma-informed resources and mental health support • Resource navigation (employment, housing, legal, court advocacy) • Father-son bonding activities and events • Leadership development and community service opportunities • Connection to a network of fathers committed to breaking cycles

Program Expectations: • Consistent Friday attendance (or designated meeting times) • Active participation in brotherhood discussions and activities • Engagement with father-son programming when applicable • Commitment to personal growth and community service • Respect for confidentiality and brotherhood values

Most fathers in our program are navigating 3-4 overlapping Love Desert conditions. FOE provides the sustained, comprehensive support that addresses the compound reality - not just isolated interventions.
